With over six years of experience coordinating domestic and international operations, I bring a calm, efficient, and solutions-focused approach to every task. My background includes managing service teams, overseeing complex schedules, and supporting executive-level operations for global clients — all requiring precision, organisation, and the ability to keep many moving parts running smoothly.
Alongside my professional experience, I built and automated my own service-based business, Life in Voices, where I designed multi-system workflows connecting forms, calendars, email, Google Drive, templates, and client handovers using Make.com. Through that project, I discovered how much I enjoy streamlining processes, reducing manual admin, and creating systems that run automatically.
Today, I combine traditional executive support with modern workflow automation, helping small business owners gain back their time, simplify their operations, and create clarity in the way they work.
