Hi, I’m Alana — a Perth-based Executive & Personal Virtual Assistant with a passion for helping busy people reclaim their time and restore calm to their schedules.

After years of coordinating complex operations, managing teams, supporting executives, and keeping fast-paced environments on track, I’ve learnt how businesses truly operate — and what they need to stay efficient and balanced. I specialise in seamless travel coordination, diary management, and behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps life and business running effortlessly. I’m known for my efficiency, initiative, and calm approach, no matter how many moving parts there are.

From managing service teams and international logistics to providing executive support, my experience has given me a well-rounded perspective and a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise. I’m adaptable, process-driven, and committed to creating structure that helps my clients feel organised and in control.

Contract

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we formalise the agreement with a simple contract. This gives both of us clarity and peace of mind moving forward.

FOUR.

Handover

You provide me with access to the tools, systems and information I’ll need. From there, I take the reins so you can focus on your business.
